View towards Warren Road
There is a water treatment type of facility to the right of this hedge. Warren Road is at the far end of this field and half way between Warren Road and the woodland on the horizon runs the railway line between Sole Street and Rochester.

Looking towards Red Wood
This view is from alongside a water treatment type of facility. Warren Road is on the far right of this field and half way between Warren Road and the woodland on the horizon runs the railway line between Sole Street and Rochester. A train can just be glimpsed far right. Considering we had just come out of the wettest winter on record, the ground was already very dry by April.
Red Wood across the field ahead is the northern tip of an extensive tract of woodland which extends, with one small break, as far as Wrotham.
