Black Horse Inn, Pilgrims' Way, Thurnham
The building dates back to the 16th century and was first used as an Inn in 1725 so the Chauceresque inn sign is a little misleading. The Pilgrims Way runs along the foot of the North Downs and joins Thurnham Lane (left, south) and Castle Hill (right, north) here.
