Planning permission has been granted by Swale Borough Council under application numbers 15/507770/FULL to “replace existing shopfront back to original design, installation of dormer window” and SW/14/0049 an “application for change of use of the property from consulting engineers offices to one residential dwelling”. It is grade II listed that dates from the 16th century. It was refaced in the early 18th century and altered in the early C19.
