Faversham Rugby Club premises
This is a 19th century building, shown in the recreation ground as early as 1868, when it is unlikely to have been what it is now. The woodwork in particular could now do with a little loving care.

The Lodge, Faversham Recreation Ground
The lodge is being refurbished as part of a large improvement project to the whole park. The building will include a new cafe and public toilets.

Rose bed in Faversham Recreation Ground
Faversham Recreation Ground was created in 1860 and covers some 20 acres. The cost of providing it was met mainly from the bequest of the great Faversham benefactor Henry Wreight, as well as by subscriptions from townspeople. This is in the south-east corner.
