The cycle continues
Harvest is in, the field has been cultivated and probably sown for the coming year. This is the south eastern edge of the field seen here http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/251591 and the other end of the conifer-lined track which runs from Newlands Farm on Faversham Road and Rushmere Farm on Almshouse Road.

Tir Beg
A chalet park in a clearing in Longbeech Wood, next to Image The name means small land in an Anglicised version of Irish, Scots or Welsh. I am informed by the granddaughter of a former resident the house was previously known as Longbeech House.
