Damage to Elim Pentecostal Church, Delce Road
It was reported in the Kent Messenger on 4 February 2017 that bricks and rubble had fallen from the front of the building http://www.kentonline.co.uk/medway/news/rubble-falls-from-church-120045/
It is grade II listed http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-173187-star-hill-elim-pentecostal-church-/comments#.WLSAe_5vjcc Although the road and footpath had been closed, it didn’t deter pedestrians from squeezing past the fence, on this side of the road.

21, Victoria Street
Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Medway Council under application number MC/16/3537 for the “demolition of existing building (in part) and construction of a 5 bedroomed terraced house”.
It is a grade II listed building, dating from the early 19th century, which was once a doctor's surgery and before that a service wing. It is constructed of gault brick with a Welsh slate roof. It was originally listed with No 19 (qv. ref 10/260)
