Footbridge over the Irwell
This footbridge links Peel Park, Salford, Greater Manchester, with The Meadow located on the meander of the river where Chapel Street meets The Crescent. Clover Drive, part of so much new housing development in the area, is at the opposite end of this footbridge.

Peel Park, Salford
Opened in August 1846, Peel Park was one of the first free public parks to be opened in the country "for the enjoyment and recreation of the public... without charge or restriction".
It is named in honour of Sir Robert Peel, the former Prime Minister.
