Sainsbury's at Denton
Probably built shortly after the opening of the M67 in the late 70s. It is one of the firm's earliest stores in the North.

Sainsbury's, Denton
As this doesn't look like the usual Sainsbury's architecture, I wondered if they had acquired it from someone else? I'm informed that it has been Sainsbury's since at least the early 80s and was probably built shortly after the M67 opened in the late 70s. This must have been one of their early Northern stores.
