Old Trafford, The Munich Tunnel and Memorial Clock
A view of the south east corner of the Old Trafford football stadium showing the memorial clock installed in 1960 as a tribute to the victims of the 1958 Munich Air Disaster https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich_air_disaster#Old_Trafford and also the tunnel below the South Stand (Sir Bobby Charlton Stand) which was renamed as the "Munich Tunnel" on 6 February 1958 to mark the 50th anniversary of the crash which claimed the lives of 23 people including 8 members of the famous “Busby Babes” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Busby_Babes team. The tunnel features an exhibition about the disaster and the Busby Babes.

Bishop Blaize Inn
An inn with this name was recorded here in the 15th century. It was demolished in 1863 and replaced by the Talbot Hotel. The name has now been restored by Wetherspoon's https://www.jdwetherspoon.com/pub-histories/england/greater-manchester/the-bishop-blaize-stretford
