Fletcher's Folly, Clifton Country Park
Fletchers Folly is the name given to this chimney which is perched on the hillside above Wet Earth Colliery with no apparent link to anything. The chimney, which was built round about 1805, is one of the earliest industrial examples to have survived in the North West.
