Industrial Premises, Longley lane, Sharston
The sign outside identifies this building as belonging to the "Branagan Flooring Services Ltd - Flooring Supplies". It must have changed hands fairly recently, as when the Google Streetview car was visiting, the building belonged to "Manchester Timber Company" ( http://g.co/maps/nbhkg ). More interesting, however, is the panel (Image]) above the door commemorating William Morris (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Morris ) the prominent nineteenth century socialist and textile designer - probably some connection with the building's original owners.
