Modern bungalow
This "Chalet bungalow" in Darley Avenue is definitely in 21st century style and roofing materials.
A "Chalet Bungalow", is of course a bungalow with an upstairs room or two, as here in the dormer. These were common, and popular in the 1960s and 1970s. So perhaps this is a rebuild of an earlier similar building.
