A very long route almost entirely lined by residential properties. In this area not far off Chorlton, the houses are a bit newer than most.

Gita Bhavan Hindu Temple, Chorlton cum Hardy
The Gita Bhavan Hindu Temple stands on the junction of Wilbraham Road and Withington Road. Built in 1879, it was originally a Congregational Church which closed sometime before 1987 when it was bought and restored as a temple for the Hindu Community. Part of the restoration includes this colourful frontage to Wilbraham Road.
