Lemon Tree Preschool
On the corner of Stockport Road and Matthews Lane. It is located in part of what was originally the Midway pub. The present building dates from 1904 http://pubs-of-manchester.blogspot.com/2012/07/midway-stockport-road.html but there was licensed house here in 1604. After it closed it became New Look Windows (2008). Since then parts of the building have been used as a cash & carry, the UK College of Arts & Technology, Aziz Persian Products, Peshawar Restaurant, Lahori Zaika, Foodies, Maihan Bakery and Midway Business Centre.
