Gorton Market
Gorton Market opened in June 2008 following the closure of the old outdoor market. The new 4,800 square feet market hall is located on the site of the former Co-op Pioneer supermarket on Garratt Way, and boasts over 40 traders. This view is looking across Tesco's car park. Unlike Tesco which is open 24hours, the market is open Monday to Fridays from 9am to 5.30pm.

A Little Bee in Gorton Market
This Little Bee sculpture is on display at Gorton Market. I presume it is one of those display around Manchester in 2018 as part of the Bee in the City trail. I photograph many but not all of them at the time and haven't been able to match this one.
