Ruined chapel at Gorton Cemetery
This building has been used as a political football between conservationists and the local Council for years and years.
Funeral mourners passing through the cemetery are bound to be shocked by the state of the place,
and it is hardly a fitting background for the War Memorial.

Entrance to Gorton Cemetery, Manchester
This Cemetery has a Green Flag award. It was opened on 2 6th July 1900. There are several entrances. This one is at the corner of Waterhouse Road and Alvaston Road.
