Whalley Range Cricket Club - Pavilion
The iron work at the club says "Old Hulmeians Memorial Ground" displaying the historical links to William Hulme Grammar School. A recent historical project at the club discovered that the composer Frederick Delius played there in the 1880's.

Gita Bhavan Hindu Temple
The Gita Bhavan Hindu Temple stands on the junction of Wilbraham Road and Withington Road, in Chorlton cum Hardy. Built in 1879, it was originally a Congregational Church which closed sometime before 1987 when it was bought and restored as a temple for the Hindu Community.
