Three former warehouses, late C19th or early C20th. The nearest, nos. 10-12, has been empty for some years and a scheme approved in 2009 to demolish and replace it with a hotel tower has come to nowt.

Junkyard on First Street
This building beside Medlock Street is part of the First Street development on the site of the former Gaythorn Gas Works. It is now home to the Junkyard Golf Club https://www.junkyardgolfclub.co.uk/manchester/ which has three crazy golf courses and two bars.
