Tram to Eccles on Mosley Street
I happened to get to this point just as the sun was shining straight down the street which can otherwise be a rather dark location for photography.

Towed through Manchester streets
After being on show to the railway delegates outside G-Mex, the new Metrolink tram turned a few heads as it was being towed through the streets of the city on its way back to Queens Road depot.

Manchester: Parker Street
Before Metrolink started, there were always plenty of buses in Parker Street. Both the double deckers on this view are second-hand from the London area: the one on the left is a Routemaster, and the other one is a Fleetline formerly belonging to London & Country, in whose green and yellow livery it remains.
