At the corner of Portland Street and Oxford Street
People are queuing on Oxford Street to enter one of the bars on the Circus site. A week earlier indoor dining was not allowed due to the coronavirus pandemic lockdown restrictions in force. The bars had extended the area outside on the street providing chairs and tables for customers. Now inside dining is permitted the outside seating area has become redundant.
