Manchester City v Sunderland, 2002/3
Manchester City's last victory at Maine Road with a 3-0 win over Sunderland. Marc-Vivien Foé scored City's last goal at Maine Road. Foé died suddenly during the 2003 Confederations Cup just over 2 months after this match. There is a tribute plaque outside Manchester City's current stadium to where they moved at the end of this 2002/3 season.
