Site of former Gatness House which was allowed to fall into disrepair and was demolished. There are plans to erect a block of 16 flats here, but in the meantime it is a dumping ground.

Lower Park Road, Rusholme
The new building at the junction is part of the Xavarian College, which is a Catholic sixth form college. The College's location means that its intake is extremely diverse with many students coming from ethnic minorities as well as from various socio-economic classes.
