Eleska House
58 Dale Street is Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1200842 Originally it was a clothing warehouse and dates from the early 1900s. In recent years it was occupied by Reba Textiles but in 2015 it was converted into an Apart Hotel.

35 Dale Street, Manchester
An imposing, and quite pink, former warehouse whose angles are embellished by octagonal turrets culminating in pinnacles. Built 1903 by J.W. Beaumont. Grade II listed. The listing records that it was "occupied in 1905 by Richard Howarth & Co, cotton spinners and manufacturers". It has now been converted into offices.

WWII Lancashire: Ghost Signs of the Home Front (1)
- "Fire Watchers Alarm Bell" - junction of Dale Street and China Lane, Manchester As well as the Home Guard, and ARP wardens, there was also the Fire Guard, paid fire watchers who were employed by businesses to keep a watch for fires throughout the night. At these premises there was a dedicated fire alarm bell for the fire watcher. Image
