Five Guys coming
The Grade II listed building https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1271118 on the corner of Oldham Street and Piccadilly dates from 1881. For many years the ground floor was occupied by the Yorkshire Building Society but the branch closed in 2021 Image Now the burger chain Five Guys are moving in.

After recent heavy rain a huge puddle at the end of Back Piccadilly is making life difficult for pedestrians on Oldham Street which is the terminus for several bus services.
