The A5 route has been diverted onto the M1 around Dunstable, and here rejoins its old Roman Watling Street route. A view from the original route through Dunstable, now the A5183.

New roundabout on the A5, Houghton Regis
It appears a new major road junction is being built here but there's no information here telling people what's being done. I have currently taken four out of the five photos taken in this square but not the first.

Thorn Road Junction
Thorn Road is a well-known shortcut between the A5 and the A5120. This is its junction with the A5 which is close to the A5/A505 roundabout. These are the dominant features of this rather uninteresting square !
