This is dated 1887, and is opposite another (rival?) chapel. Zoar is the sort of exotic name that chapels are named after.

United Reformed Church Hall and Sunday School, Commercial Street (east side), Morley
Now the Wakefield Tutorial Preparatory School and St. Mary's-in-the-Wood Church Hall. Built in the mid-19C with an ashlar façade in Classical style. Listed Grade II.
