Houses at Daisy Hill, Morley
Daisy Hill was a mill hamlet, detached from the Morley built-up area. Behind these houses there was Daisy Hill Mills (Woollen). Nearby were Gath's Buildings, a block of back-to-back houses, and more back-to-backs sloping away from the road down into the valley.

Morley railway station under construction, Yorkshire, 2023
Opened in 2023 by Network Rail on the line from Leeds to Huddersfield, this station replaced Morley (Low) station, the platforms of which can be seen in the distance. In effect, the station moved 150m closer to Leeds. View south west towards Batley and Huddersfield. Although opened, work was still in progress on the footbridge, lifts and platforms when this image was taken. See also Image for a February 2023 view in the opposite direction from the 1848 platforms. See Image for the finished article, almost a year later.
