Burton Salmon Railway Bridge
On the original 1839 York & North Midland Railway Burton Salmon station had platforms on either side of the far tracks. I think the original entrance for the Leeds line was through the bricked up area between the pillars. The second bridge was added when the line to Knottingley was opened in 1850.
