Weeton Railway Station
On the Leeds-Harrogate-York Line, the station sees half-hourly trains to Leeds and Knaresborough, with an hourly train continuing onto York. Since the wikipedia photo for this station was taken http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Weeton888.JPG , the red building seems to have been removed. If anybody could tell me why the station is marked as white on the geograph 1:50k map I would be interested to know!

Weeton Station as it used to be
This was taken before the original station buildings were demolished. Just out of shot to the right is a wooden waiting room, while centre left is the brick built waiting room on the Leeds platform. Both have now been demolished and replaced with "bus shelters". I used to catch the train back to school in York from here when I was 11 and I remember coming here sometime in the 1980s to see 92220 "Evening Star" go through. This was taken around 1992, I think, probably in December judging by the trees.
