The mural is painted on an arched brick wall alongside a basketball court. The wall seems to be all that remains of the Neville engineering works.

M621 Motorway heading east from Tilbury Road Footbridge
The urban motorway is flanked by retaining walls (the one on the left acting as an acoustic barrier). Note the Highmast lighting columns which illuminate the motorway and the streets on both sides.

Eddie Gray mural, Elland Road
The mural is painted on the brick wall of a basketball court.
According to Wikipedia, Eddie Gray MBE played for Leeds United (whose ground is further along this road) in the 1960s and 1970s, later becoming the club's manager from 1982-1985, and again briefly as a caretaker manager in 2003/04. The reference in the mural to Burnley and the date 4 April 1970 is explained in the same article as that his second goal in that match is "widely regarded as the greatest Leeds United goal of all time". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nkd3HWQu32Q

Tilbury Road Footbridge, M621 Motorway
The footbridge provides access across the motorway between Elland Road on the south-east side to Elland Road on the north-west side! The staircase was built to twice the normal width to accommodate football supporters leaving the nearby Elland Road stadium, the home of Leeds United.
