Horncastle Summer Craft Market 2009.
The special summer market celebrates local crafts and food. It also includes local bands, dancers and singers in addition to funfair and miniature railway rides.
The High Street, Bull Ring, Bridge Street and the Market Place were closed for the duration of the event.

Market Place, Horncastle
Oh! Ostrich burgers.
A notice says, "Fresh Ostrich Eggs - £12 each. The Ostrich egg is the largest egg laid by all living creatures, but the smallest in relation to the bird's size. The inside of the Ostrich egg is equivalent to approximately 24 free range eggs...and tastes like them too! The Ostrich egg takes about 48 minutes to soft boil and about 1 hour to hard boil."
