Salvation Army Citadel, 106 High Street, Lincoln
Planning was approved in June 1911 and the foundation stone, of this Oswald Archer designed citadel, is dated 10th February 1912. It was built on land previously the residence/manse of the minister for the Wesleyan High Street Circuit.

The Salvation Army - I didn't see a date stone, but The Salvation Army was founded in East London in 1865.
On closer inspection of the photograph I think I can make out that one of the foundation stones was laid on July 13th 1873, but will confirm or retract that after another visit.
