Former church of the Holy Trinity Chapel Hill
This church was built in 1884 and was declared redundant in 1995 and subsequently converted to a house. Services had ceased c1980 and it was my task as the then vicar to call a public meeting in 1994 to decide the future of the building. By then pigeons had taken up residence and clearing it for the public meeting was a not particularly pleasant task! In the event only one person came to the meeting, a local Methodist who was concerned that a revival of Holy Trinity might threaten the contined existence of the Methodist church in Chapel Hill. Sadly that too was to close just a few years later. The churchyard is still in use.

Former Chapel
Located just south of Chapel Hill this former chapel is currently for sale. The gates to the graveyard and war memorial are somewhat redundant.
