12 Lindum Terrace
A residence for people with long-term mental health problems and empty for about 4 years it was up for sale in 2007 by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust for £750,000. The trust had originally purchased it in the 1980s for nurses' quarters but more recently used as a step on from rehab to move people back into the community, in its 2003/4 report the trust stated it was a temporary closure due to staffing difficulties. It was purchased in 2008 by United Schools Church Trust with the intention to bring it into use for the Lincoln Minster School but £10m spent on the Upper Lindum Street site has left this building in limbo. The first map that the building appears on is 1904/5 and it is not in the 1901 Lincoln Directory so it must have been built in this period in what was the grounds of Eastcliff House.

12 Lindum Terrace https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3996527 reduced to a pile of debris as the large site is developed for housing.
The large house originally named Glenside, by Goddard & Son, was built in 1896 for wealthy tailor and outfitter Charles James Fox. After its last use as NHS property, it has sadly been derelict and increasingly vandalised for about 18 years.
