64 Nettleham Road, Lincoln
House built for George Spencer with planning approved October 1904 to a design by Arthur Stamp of Barton on Humber. A condition of planning was that "the manure pit is built in cement & coal shoot placed in wall". The 1905 OS map shows the stable block at the rear that has now been converted, at least partially, to a garage. In 1919 planning for A B Wright is described as 'additions to house', architect Fred Baker (b.1874). By this time it was known as Barrowcliffe.

Orchard House, 54 Nettleham Road, Lincoln
Davis, Caldwell and Albarn designed house with unusual Dutch style gable ends. Planning was approved in May 1951 and it was built for W F Moor. It is a 1,839 sq ft house with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
