The Vinery, Nettleham Road, Lincoln
The Vinery was built c.1840 with re-used door and window details from a much older building, reputedly the Old Deanery in Eastgate. With an attached southern greenhouse, with 19th-century cast-iron framing, it was used as lock-up garages. It was originally in the garden of 18 Eastgate but the garden has been divided up into building plots and the Vinery is part of the property named Stonegarth built in 1960. It was converted to residential use in 2008.

Organ, St Peter's church in Eastgate, Lincoln
The original organ was a substantial four manual of 45 stops, built in 1894. This was damaged by water and rebuilt in 1903 by Bishop. This was rebuilt as a three manual with pedals and 32 stops by Willis in 1960. It was "improved" by Bishop around 1990.

St. Peter in Eastgate
Grade II listed replacement for a medieval church, St. Peter's is the combined work of three eminent architects - nave & chancel by Sir Arthur Blomfield (1870), chancel decoration by George Frederick Bodley (1884) and the south aisle by Temple Moore (1914), paid for by wealthy industrialist Alfred Shuttleworth.
