Beaumont Court
House on Spring Hill built 1846 by Samuel Downing Roome as a Ladies Seminary, later a private house 1901-9, re-named Chestnut House and used as a school 1926-32. It was re-named Beaumont Court c1949 and converted into apartments.

Hilton House
