Grade II Listed early 19th century building. The Strawsons had a banana ripening store and fruiterer business in Louth with shops at Aswell Street and here from 1880s into the mid twentieth century. Go Mobile seem to have had a shop here in 2009 followed later by confectionery Jassies Max then Crofts Estate Agents who opened here in 2016.
