Boarded up
I first thought it was an old school but a lady told me it was an old chapel but I have found out that it's the old vestry of Capel Dwyran opposite (many thanks Eric) It has now been sold.

Capel Dwyran
This Calvinistic Methodist chapel stands alongside Lon Capel/Chapel Lane that runs through the middle of Dwyran. This chapel was built in 1841 - see also Image Comparing this 2013 photo with Bill Nicholls' 2008 photo Image it is clear that the building has been renovated.
