Cwm-y-glo village and the middle Rhythallt valley from Clegyr
The flood plain of the Rhythallt (the name for this section of the R. Seiont) for thousands of years after the Ice Age was covered by the waters of Llyn Padarn and still reverts back to being a temporary lake after a period of prolonged rain.
