North Gwynedd Ambulance Headquarters
This is situated next to the fire station. This administrative building replaced the ambulance station which has moved to the Cibyn Industrial Estate. The aerial on the right belongs to North Wales Police.

Military gentleman put out to grass
This is L/Cpl Billy, late of the RWF, who retired in 2002 due to athritis. He is now a pensioner of HM The Queen, resides at Caernarfon Barracks, and is cared for by his former Goat Major, Col.Sgt.Pritchard BEM, who retired at the same time, after 33 years service to the TA. Both were honoured by the town council in May 2002.
