The former Arfon Borough Council Offices
Until 1996, these new offices were staffed by employees of the now defunct Arfon Borough Council. In that year they were taken over by the redefined Gwynedd County Authority.

Seilo Chapel and Theatre
This modern building incorporating a large auditorium was built to replace the more traditional style chapel on Gipsy Hill which was demolished to make room for the by-pass. The chapel belongs to the Calvinistic Methodists, otherwise known as the Presbyterian Church of Wales.
