Two butchers
The butchery in the background is that O.G.Owens, a well-known Caernarfon firm of traditional family butchers. The knife wielding "butcher" in the foreground is a much more recent arrival and is London-based. The poster, headlined "No to the cuts. Yes to Our Communities" advertises a mass protest meeting to be held on The Square.
