Melin Daron
The former corn mill is a grade II listed building and has been neglected for many years. A mill has been on this site since 1252, it is thought that Melin Daron in its current form dates from 1860. It is being restored for educational, community and tourism benefits.

Pont Fach, Aberdaron
Pont Fach (=little bridge) spans Afon Cyllyfelin. The following link from Rhiw.com shows roughly the same area before WWII. http://www.rhiw.com/hen_luniau_pages/hen_luniau_26/lluniau_ty_fwg/aberdaron_02.jpg

Becws Islyn
The former corrugated iron Image was demolished in 2015 and replaced by a newly built bakery, shop and coffee house. It is an impressive building and a great addition to Aberdaron, though the colour-washed walls and thatched roof are very much out of character with the otherwise white and grey grittiness of this windswept village.
