Sied Ddrud Abersoch An Expensive Shed
This shed on Lôn Golff Abersoch has just gone on the market at offers over £150,000, though the agents predict it will fetch £175,000.
In its favour: it's in Abersoch and has water and electricity connected.
Disadvantages: it has no view of the sea or countryside; it measures only 18 by 15 feet; the boundaries of the plot are the fences to either side of the picture; there is another fence at the back which is as close to the property as these two; it is dilapidated, even lacking a roof at the rear; it has no planning permission for residential use or redevelopment.
