View taken by my father George Baker during a family holiday based at this hotel. I had a room in the annexe and can be seen with my mother beside our Vauxhall Cresta car. It is possible that the annexe was demolished when an extension was added to the hotel http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/638147

Neuadd y Pentref Abersoch Village Hall
Like many other Village Halls in the area this was built as a memorial hall. Most were built as war memorials after 1919. This one, however, was built for the village in 1914 by Sir William and Lady Winterbottom in memory of their son Harold who died in 1913.
