Stryd Y Ffynnon, Nefyn
One of the streets leading away from the centre of Nefyn, Stryd Y Ffynnon (Well Street) forms the B4417 towards Caernarfon. It takes its name from St Mary's Well, seen here on the left, which, according to the triangular plaque, was rebuilt by the Corporation of Nefyn in 1868. Beyond the well is Nefyn's post office.

View up Well Street from the direction of the Fire Station
This would be the view the fire engine driver would see on a shout on a January Saturday afternoon. In summer, at the height of the tourist season, the situation however can be quite chaotic as this is a section of the B4417.
