The park and a chapel, Blaenau Ffestiniog
The small town boasts a large number of non-conformist chapel buildings. Some are now converted, and others look neglected. This one has a fine facade overlooking The Square.

The river is, or shortly becomes, the Afon Bowydd, forming the fine valley spreading out south of the town. The high walls are a reminder that this is an area of high rainfall. Looking north to Carreg Ddu from the bridge on Wynne Road.
