Glanypwll Junction
The site of Glanypwll junction with the original FR line to Dinas heading to the left and the since restored route into Blaenau Ffestiniog following the line of the buildings around to the right. The temporary trackwork and permanent way materials are evidence that relaying of the line towards Tanygrisiau has commenced.

Derelict locomotive shed, Glan y Pwll
This is the derelict loco shed of the Festiniog Railway at the northern end of its line. It dates from c1900 when the trackwork at Dinas Junction was revised & the old shed at Dinas closed. The site is now the railway's northern engineering depot & the shed has been replaced by a considerably larger one incorporating some of the stonework from the 1900 structure.
