Cottages, Llanbedr-y-cennin
Looking up the main street of this steep village. Only when I came to submit the image did I see the gruesome array of power and telephone wires to the cottages.

Old Post Office store
The Siop Newydd has been closed as long as I can remember, so the villagers must go down the hill to the shop at Tal-y-Bont Image Luckily, there is still a telephone box and a post box.

Fields at Llanbedr-y-cennin
The fields behind the Bull Inn once hosted annual sheepdog trials on New Year's Day. Competitors came from as far away as Cumbria and North Yorkshire, until entries grew so large that the competition was restricted, in 1905, to North Wales.
